EMS-CHEMIE AG: First project delivered after Unisys migration
EMS-CHEMIE AG have successfully implemented a new system for their international dispatching and shipping requirements, exclusively developed on the AMT-LION platform. The new set of applications, called ´Ausfuhrabfertigung´ (e-dec Export), allows EMS-CHEMIE AG to be compliant to some new rules for part of their export business.
After going into production with their freshly converted legacy applications with AMT-LION last year, the IT services department had scheduled some new software developments, in order to bring new value to their business users.
In an authentic co-production, counting on the support of Asysco’s Tailor Made Services (TMS), the EMS-CHEMIE AG development team designed, developed, and tested the new functionality, making use of the professional AMT-LION development environment. Now, this new piece of software is managed and controlled together with their migrated code, out of a single repository.
